Description

The word “boss” in small white letter beads with small square hematite accent beads, a small silver charm of a little girl, on a gun metal black clasp. All this hangs from a gold alloy clasp. Weighing only 3 grams at 6.5 cm long, it’s light and short enough to not get in the way as an adorably eye catching fashion accessory!
