Refund and Returns Policy

How many days do I have to return an item?

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you wish to return an item, you may do so free of charge within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is intact and unused in the original packaging.

How do I request a return?

All return requests are handled via email.  Please send an email to service@gardenofdreams.net with the following information:

Date Purchased:
Item Returning:
Reason for return:

Can I request a return for a damaged item?

If your item was damaged in shipping, please take a photo of the item and email it with the above return request email.

Do I need to bear the return shipping charges?

If the return is approved, I will email you a shipping label to print and use.

What type of refund will I receive?

Refunds will be awarded in the same mode of payment in which the original order was purchased.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will initiate the refund.  It will take as long as your bank takes to process the request from there.

Will my refund include shipping costs?

If you purchased only a single item and are returning that item, yes, your shipping cost will be refunded. However, if you purchased multiple items and are only returning a partial order, then no, shipping will not be refunded.
